24 Hour Skilled Nursing Care provides a level of care for longer term residence. It is an option for people who require constant nursing care and have significant deficiencies with activities of daily living. As with all levels in our skilled nursing care, our licensed nursing staff and physicians will work together with residents and their families, to strive to meet each individual’s needs and to adjust services as those needs change. IV Therapy
Intravenous Therapy is the process by which fluids are introduced directly into a vein. It is one of the fastest methods available to administer medication or hydrate a patient, as ordered by your physician.

Palliative Care concentrates on reducing the severity of individual medical symptoms, rather than striving to halt, delay or reverse progression of the disease itself or provide a cure. The goal is to prevent and relieve suffering and to improve the quality of life for people facing serious complex illness.

Hospice Care is designed to meet the special needs of patients who are facing a life limiting illness. The goal of Sherman Oaks Health & Rehabilitation Center is to empower those individuals and their families by providing physical, emotional and spiritual care.
